Net Book - A common problem is the scheduling of meeting rooms or key resources (e.g. the PC projector). Rather than have to call the front desk, or whoever "keeps the book", and negotiate when you can have your meeting - wouldn't it be easier to just click something on your desktop and see the availability of every room? And then when you know where and when you can have your meeting, go ahead and reserve the room? No hassles, no delays.

One of the unique features of Net Book is the ability to view the availability of everything in the system for a given day. Clicking on a line item jumps you right to the ability to book that room or resource.



Sometimes it's handy to look at the availability of a room for the whole week to see when it might be used.



Or, a step further, is to look at what is booked for the entire month. Clicking on a day takes you right there to book it yourself.
