Net Book - A common problem is the scheduling of meeting rooms or key resources (e.g. the PC projector). Rather than have to call the front desk, or whoever "keeps the book", and negotiate when you can have your meeting - wouldn't it be easier to just click something on your desktop and see the availability of every room? And then when you know where and when you can have your meeting, go ahead and reserve the room? No hassles, no delays.
